Job Description

As a supporter in Sales & Marketing, you will be working closely with the sales management team to help us market and sell our solutions. It’s important you are tech savvy and have a natural interest in business development, sales and marketing. We imagine you have a theoretical background in business or similar. Most importantly: you are excited about sales and marketing processes and about business growth. You are probably 2-3 years into your studies at CBS or another business school and looking for a great way to make some extra money. We expect you to work minimum 8-12 hours per week. 

You’ll have an opportunity to take your theoretical knowledge about business development, sales and marketing and bring it to life in the real world. When you start, you’ll get a thorough introduction to ARPEDIO’s sales process as well as our marketing approach and then you will work closely with the management team to help us create and manage sales opportunities and bring them to closure. You should not be afraid to challenge us with your knowledge or new ideas and you should have a strong desire to learn.

You will help generate interest in ARPEDIO’s solutions by executing various marketing and sales tasks. Specifically, your tasks will include prospective customer research, approach customer stakeholders through mail and phone, arrange sales meetings and follow up with sales targets in close collaboration with the management team.

You will also perform marketing tasks, such as updating landing pages and posting blog posts. Therefore, using social media (especially LinkedIn) should not be foreign to you. Working with SaaS solutions comes easy to you. We use Hubspot for marketing, Salesforce.com for CRM and Zendesk for customer support.

Key job requirements 

  • You are 2-3 years into your studies at CBS or another business school
  • You are tech-savvy and have an interest in startups.
  • You have a desire to support us in creating demand, managing sales opportunities and creating revenue
  • You can work in fast paced teams, but also run with tasks by yourself
  • You are not afraid of proposing new ways of doing things or showing unfinished work
  • You have great English and Danish skill

You’ll get an insight in how to grow and manage a tech startup and you’ll have an opportunity to work with a Silicon Valley start-up and perhaps travel to San Francisco, as we have an office in Palo Alto and conduct business in Silicon Valley and elsewhere in the USA regularly.

We are housed in a shared office hotel, Strandvejen 125, just by Tuborg Havn. This is where you will spend most of your work days. Some tasks can be done from a home office.
